• Cancellation of bookings no longer required.
• Inclusion and review of the terms and conditions of the app.

• Receipt of QR code after booking for entry into theDesk2Go booths.
• Easy access to receipts after booking.
• Easy pay through, credit card, Alipay and Apple Pay.
• Fault reporting email if the booth is not in a clean state.
